Ramsay is a founding member of ECAP. Through ECAP, Ramsay helps NECA Contractors, and their partners, provide turnkey project performance guarantees and financing for energy projects. In addition to his ECAP work, he has taught classes on Energy Efficiency Finance at NYU, SUNY, and Workforce Development Programs throughout the country. He is currently on hiatus from completing a Masters Dissertation on Sustainable Finance at New York University.
