Prior to joining USI Insurance Services (formerly Benefit Controls), Mr. Wheeler held positions as: head of human resources for a large foodservice organization with over 1,000 employees in multiple states, Vice President of Human Resource Operations for a national healthcare alliance organization with multi-state locations and over 1,500 employees, Sr. Director of Human Resources & Labor Relations in New York City, and as Director of Human Resources for a national retailer with 475 locations, 2 distribution centers, and over 4,000 employees. Mr. Wheeler is an honors graduate of Winthrop University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Wheeler holds several certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on human resource topics for various organizations and associations. Mr. Wheeler is involved in his local community and regularly serves on a number of Non-Profit Boards. |
