Every contract has inherent risk−the key is knowing what that risk is and who bears the risk. This program will discuss key contract provisions and clauses that affect electrical contractors and negotiation strategies to reduce risks. Topics include payment, contract changes, scheduling, differing site conditions, insurance/bonds, and dispute resolution.FEE: $150
